Ritual & Rooibos is our very first "Live AMA" creation that came about from a need to bring our community together. Perfect for the end of a busy day to sit and relax, maybe read a chapter or nine in your favorite book box special editions.
Ingredients: Rooibus, Hibiscus, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Rhodiola, Rose Hip, Pomegranate Fruit Powder, Lemon Verbena, Gota Kola
To Make:
Though a tea ball or coffee/tea press is optional, it does simplify the process quite a bit!
Single serving :
1 teaspoon of loose tea to a tea ball or press and add hot water and allow to steep for at least 10 minutes.
Remove tea leaves and sweeten with honey, or whatever your preferred sweetener is.
If you don’t have a tea ball /coffee press, simply add the tea leaves to boiling water and then strain with a mesh strainer.
For a large batch, boil 8 cups of water and add 1/2 cup of tea leaves. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain and enjoy right away hot, or place in the fridge to sip on over the next few days as an iced tea.
